PKG Would like to Congratulate Alex Michel in winning the first ever PKG Weight loss Challenge. In a 12 week program designed with a nutrition program, weekly
weigh ins and Challenges. Alex bested his peers with a total loss of 37.6 pounds and 23.5 inches. The next challenge will begin in July!
